Machen Fogleman, MS, CCC-SLP

Machen is a speech therapist who has her master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, with a minor in Human Development and Family Science. Machen has experience in the NICU, acute care, and outpatient pediatric setting. She has both training and experience in feeding and swallowing disorders with kids of all ages. Machen has worked with children with a variety of diagnoses and genetic disorders. She enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, going to Razorback games with her husband, and being active. Her favorite thing about working at AAPT is developing sweet relationships with the patients/families and working closely with therapists to provide the tools and help children need to excel in everyday life.

Jessie Rambo, MS, CCC-SLP

Jessie is a speech therapist who has her master’s degree in Communication and Sciences and Disorders as well as a graduate level certificate in autism disorder. Jessie has experience in both the school setting and the outpatient pediatric setting. She has worked with children with a variety of diagnoses and genetic disorders. Jessie enjoys anything outdoors, especially hiking and camping. She loves reading and hanging out with her husband, two daughters and two fur babies. Her favorite thing about working at AAPT is that she gets to take an interdisciplinary approach to treating speech and language skills in children!

Maddie Cagle, PT, DPT

Maddie is a physical therapist who was a part of the first graduating class from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where she received her doctorate. She has experience working with young children who have gross motor delays, including preterm babies and children with rare genetic conditions. Maddie lives in Fayetteville with her husband, daughter and lab, Blue. She enjoys being outdoors, listening to live music, traveling and playing volleyball. Her favorite part of working with children is assisting them in achieving functional independence and celebrating milestones with families.

Stephanie Stinnett, OTR/L

Stephanie is an occupational therapist who attended the University of Arkansas, where she played softball for 5 years. She then transitioned to graduate school at Washington University in St Louis, and received her masters degree. Stephanie completed fieldwork/clinicals in hand therapy and in a school-based setting. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, attending Arkansas sporting events, and hanging out with family and friends in her free time. Her favorite part about working in pediatric therapy is getting to be a small part of each child and family’s lives, and being a constant encourager through all their challenges and successes.

Melissa Gibbs, Office Manager

Melissa is a Fayetteville native who traveled after high school and decided to move back home, where she met her husband. Before joining the All Aboard team, she worked as a pharmacy technician for 11 years. Melissa loves customer service and is 100% a “people person”. She loves helping others, has a deep love for yoga, and spends most of her time outside playing in the sun with her family, friends, and 2 fur babies.

Alison Miller, OTR/L

Alison is an occupational therapist with certification in Therapeutic Listening, Handwriting Without Tears, Neurodevelopmental Treatment, Food Chaining, and Interactive Metronome. Alison also has training in sensory integration and behavior management, and a wide variety of experience working with kids of all ages. She lives in northwest Arkansas with her husband and three cute kiddos. When she is not working, Alison enjoys being outdoors, going to the lake, painting, yoga, and laughing with friends and family on her back porch. Her favorite thing about being a therapist is that there is never a dull moment! She likes getting to know each child, finding out what makes them “tick”, and working for those break-through moments that are priceless.

She has also been to courses specializing in Brain Gym, sensory integration, visual/vestibular assessment, and autism spectrum disorder– and has a wide variety of experience both in school-based and outpatient pediatric settings. Ashley lives in northwest Arkansas with her husband, 2 daughters, and Great Dane. She enjoys yoga, shopping, going for walks with her family, and traveling. Her favorite thing about All Aboard is collaborating with the patients’ speech and physical therapists to provide the best possible therapy.

Chere’ is an occupational therapist certified in Interactive Metronome and Therapeutic Listening, and has been to various courses specializing in ADHD, sensory processing, autism spectrum disorders, nutrition, and behavioral management. She has experience working with children and adolescents of all ages, and particularly enjoys working with parents on addressing specific challenges at home, school, and in the community—and figuring out how to overcome them. Chere’ lives in northwest Arkansas with her husband, son, daughter, and dog, Tank. She enjoys being outside and active with friends and family, cheering for the Razorbacks, traveling, and going to the lake. Sarah has established curriculum for and led various social groups at All Aboard, with positive feedback from parents. She has also provided parent education and led support groups for parents and caregivers in the past. Sarah lives in northwest Arkansas with her husband, daughter, and son. Kara has significant experience with children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental and fine motor delay, sensory processing, feeding aversions, and behavioral management. She also has experience working at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Kara lives in northwest Arkansas with her husband, 3 sons, and dog, Tucker. Leigh has significant experience working with feeding and swallowing, apraxia, and children and adolescents who have difficulty with pragmatics/social language. She lives in northwest Arkansas with her husband, daughter, and son—and enjoys running, biking with her family, and watching her kids play baseball and dance. Leigh’s favorite thing about her job is being able to experience a child’s first word, or the first time they say “mama”, and the realization that communication opens up new opportunities and independence.

She has extensive experience working with infants with torticollis, preterm babies, and children with various diagnoses who have gross motor delay. Amanda lives in Fayetteville with her husband, Neil. They have two children who attend the U of A, one who is a student at FHS, and a very spoiled dog named Smoky. Amanda enjoys kayaking, hiking, college football and working in the yard. Her favorite things about working with kids are holding sweet babies and seeing children fulfill their potential.

She has attended various courses specializing in Early Intervention, sensory integration, wheelchair assessment, Brachial Plexus Injury, and aquatic therapy. Stacey has a wide variety of experience working with children, including outpatient, home health, and school based pediatric therapy. She lives in northwest Arkansas with her husband, two daughters, and dog Frasier. Stacey enjoys sewing, crafting, watching college football, and being a Girl Scout leader.
