Alison is an occupational therapist with certification in Therapeutic Listening, Handwriting Without Tears, Neurodevelopmental Treatment, Food Chaining, and Interactive Metronome. Alison also has training in sensory integration and behavior management, and a wide variety of experience working with kids of all ages. She lives in northwest Arkansas with her husband and three cute kiddos. When she is not working, Alison enjoys being outdoors, going to the lake, painting, yoga, and laughing with friends and family on her back porch. Her favorite thing about being a therapist is that there is never a dull moment! She likes getting to know each child, finding out what makes them “tick”, and working for those break-through moments that are priceless.

Chere’ is an occupational therapist certified in Interactive Metronome and Therapeutic Listening, and has been to various courses specializing in ADHD, sensory processing, autism spectrum disorders, nutrition, and behavioral management. She has experience working with children and adolescents of all ages, and particularly enjoys working with parents on addressing specific challenges at home, school, and in the community—and figuring out how to overcome them. Chere’ lives in northwest Arkansas with her husband, son, and dog, Tank. She enjoys being outside and active with friends and family, cheering for the Razorbacks, traveling, and going to the lake. Her favorite thing about being a therapist is the opportunity to have a positive impact in a child’s life every day.

Sarah is an occupational therapist certified in Interactive Metronome and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with training in working with oppositional defiance/behavioral issues, mental health, anger management, and social skills. Sarah has established curriculum for and led various social groups at All Aboard, with positive feedback from parents. She has also provided parent education and led support groups for parents and caregivers in the past. Sarah lives in northwest Arkansas with her husband, daughter, son, and two stepdaughters. She enjoys gardening, working out, and traveling. Her favorite thing about All Aboard is her co-workers, and the loving and supportive environment which they provide.

Kara is an occupational therapist certified in Therapeutic Listening ,Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Integration (MNRI), Eyesight to Insight and has attended a variety of courses specializing in Sensory Integration and ADHD. Kara has significant experience with children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental and fine motor delay, sensory processing, feeding aversions, and behavioral management. She also has experience working at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Kara lives in northwest Arkansas with her husband, son, and dog, Tucker. She enjoys hanging out with family and friends and going to see live music and sporting events. Her favorite thing about working with kids is seeing how much they grow and progress to achieve functional and meaningful goals that make day to day life a little easier.

Chelsea is an occupational therapist. She has attended a variety of courses specializing in sensory integration, dyslexia, handwriting, and behavior management. Chelsea has experience treating children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental / fine motor delay, and sensory processing integration. She has previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist in the school environment. Chelsea lives in North West Arkansas with her fiance, his two little girls, their dogs Flynn, Lola, Milo, and cat, Sadie. In fact, her dog Lola (a Great Pyrenees) is also a therapy dog who loves interacting with children with autism spectrum disorder. Chelsea enjoys being outside, traveling, hiking, kayaking, and anything involving her dogs. Her favorite thing about working at All Aboard is her caring co-workers and supportive work environment. Her favorite thing abut working with kids is seeing them grow and learn.  Chelsea accomplishes this by working with their parents/caretaker to insure success across all environments.

Jacklyn is a speech-language pathologist certified in Beckman Oral Motor and Interactive Metronome, and has experience working with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, neurological disorders, and a variety of children/adolescents with cognitive, language, and articulation delays. Jacklyn has also been a family advocate and resource for children with dyslexia, and is able to help parents in the process of diagnosis and treatment. She lives in northwest Arkansas with her husband and two daughters and enjoys painting, dancing, listening to music, and being with friends/family. Her favorite thing about working with kids is watching them excel, and laughing at their stories and unpredictable humor.

Leigh is a speech-language pathologist with certification in Beckman Oral Motor and Interactive Metronome, as well as training in assistive technology, Talk Tool protocols (oral placement to speech), and behavior management related to sensory integration. Leigh has significant experience working with feeding and swallowing, apraxia, and children and adolescents who have difficulty with pragmatics/social language. She lives in northwest Arkansas with her husband, daughter, and son—and enjoys running, biking with her family, and watching her kids play baseball and dance. Leigh’s favorite thing about her job is being able to experience a child’s first word, or the first time they say “mama”, and the realization that communication opens up new opportunities and independence.

Olivia is a Speech Therapist and graduated from the University of Arkansas.  She has experience helping kids with Down Syndrome, hearing loss, and reading impairments.  She uses meta linguistics for improving reading, writing, and spelling skills. Olivia has training in Social Thinking by “Michelle Garcia Winner”, and Floor Time Training. Olivia lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas with her husband. On her free time, Olivia enjoys traveling, Arkansas Razorback games, and shopping. Olivia really likes working with other therapists, and families to achieve the best treatment for each child. She is certified in the Kaufman Speech to Language Protocol.  She has experience working with children that have language and articulation delays, reading/written language delays and pragmatic concerns. Katie has worked in private clinic as well as public / private school setting.  Katie also shines when it comes to IEP’s and programming conferences. She lives in North West Arkansas with her husband, daughter, and son. Katie enjoys reading, working out, and going to local NWA events. Amanda is a physical therapist with certification in Interactive Metronome, Neurodevelopmental Treatment, Advanced Cascade DAFO Bracing, and pediatric Kinesio taping. She has extensive experience working with infants with torticollis, preterm babies, and children with various diagnoses who have gross motor delay. Amanda lives in Fayetteville with her husband, Neil. They have two children who attend the U of A, one who is a student at FHS, and a very spoiled dog named Smoky. Amanda enjoys kayaking, hiking, college football and working in the yard. Her favorite things about working with kids are holding sweet babies and seeing children fulfill their potential.

Anna has been trained in orthotics and The Basics of NDT (Neuro-developmental Treatment). Anna’s hobbies include cheering on the LSU tigers, hanging out with her dog Sunny, baking and hiking.
